If a student becomes unable to attend a training course, please notify Canadian Law Enforcement Training Group (CLETG) staff at least ten (10) business days prior to the course start date. Cancellations for courses that begin with an online component are based on the online start date.
Cancellations made ten (10) business days prior to the start date of class will be reimbursed in full, minus transaction and/or processing fees incurred by CLETG. Substitutions are permitted with prior approval. Cancellations made between (10) and (5) business days before the start of the course will be billed at 50% of the tuition cost. Students cancelling within (5) business days of the course start date will be billed full tuition. As a courtesy, CLETG will allow students to apply 50% of the payment toward a future CLETG Training course within one year of the cancellation date.
Students who register for training within the (10) business days prior to the course start date, and who are not substitutions, will receive full reimbursement for the tuition paid, minus transaction and/or processing fees incurred by CLETG, or will not be billed as applicable.
You may contact us anytime at (647) 606-1113 or by email at Customer.Service@CLETG.ca or via the helpdesk at helpdesk.CLETG.ca
No Shows:
Students who fail to attend without proper advanced notification will be charged full tuition for the course and will not be able to apply any portion of the tuition towards future training. Students may also be deselected from future course offerings.
Refunds:
Payments made via PayPal will be refunded no more than seven (7) days after a cancelation request is received. Payments made via check, credit card or cash will be reimbursed within thirty (30) days by check. Cancelations made ten (10) or more days prior to the start of class will be reimbursed in full minus transaction and/or processing fees.
General Disclaimer:
CLETG reserves the right to cancel or change a class at any time, for reasons including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom availability, equipment viability/failure, or trainer availability. Notification will be provided within 21 days of the class, whenever possible. Registrants will not be charged for the course.
CLETG is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customer or student’s sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees.
CLETG shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall CLETG be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at an CLETG course.
